Custom work is made for the specific customer and may not be returnable once fabrication has started. Contact NXT Fabrication as soon as possible if a design, timing, or order detail needs to change.

How order changes are handled for custom and standard products.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status. If production has not started, the order may be cancelled and refunded. If production has started, NXT Fabrication will explain the available options.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method in Stripe. Refund timing can vary by bank or card issuer. Custom work already completed may affect the final refund amount.
