Launch Policy
Clear timing expectations for local-only, built-to-order fabrication work.
Most products are made to order. Typical turnaround is 5-10 business days depending on the item, finish, material availability, and current workload. Larger custom orders may take longer, and we'll confirm timing before production begins.
NXT Fabrication does not ship signs or custom metal orders. Every order is local pickup only. Pickup details are added to the customer account or sent by email when the order is ready.
Custom work can be affected by material availability, weather, equipment time, and design details. If an order cannot be completed in the promised window, NXT Fabrication will contact the customer with an updated timeline and cancellation/refund options.
